The ELEKTRON-SXRF-4080 scanner with a feedback system has been designed for the inspection of chicken breast fillets. The product is scanned with a single-lamp X-Ray scanner to eliminate products contaminated with foreign bodies, in particular bones, metal particles, glass, stones, rubber or plastic. The rejection of contaminated products takes place through a double-track separator with scraper arms. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, the recoil system is very precise and ensures the highest quality. The scanner is equipped with the "RETURN" system that allows the rejected product to be redirected for re-inspection, so the separated product is transferred to the ascending conveyor and then to the inspection table.
